Daniel R. Ross

Daniel empowers clients to protect themselves and their loved ones by preparing effective estate plans and re-titling assets into living trusts. He also helps business owners and entrepreneurs prepare and negotiate clear, enforceable contracts in compliance with good business practices and applicable laws.

Daniel received his Juris Doctor summa cum laude from DePaul University College of Law and earned a certificate in taxation. Daniel served as the Symposium Editor of the DePaul Law Review and organized the Law Review’s 25th annual symposium on Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). Daniel earned six CALI awards (top grade) in Wills & Trusts, Legal Writing and Research I, Federal Income Tax & Policy, International Taxation, Secured Transactions, and Private International Aviation Law.

Daniel earned his Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. During his free time, Daniel enjoys rock climbing, running, board games, piano and guitar. He has earned his private pilot’s license and is an Eagle Scout.
